Mojos Ricomo (Persán Alimentación)

In the northwestern part of the archipelago of the Canary Islands is the island of La Palma, also known as La Isla Bonita and Isla Verde for its lush forests and extraordinary natural beauty.

Ricomo is a company dedicated to the preparation of the typical sauce of the island of La Palma: The Mojo Palmero. Born from the experience of twenty years of producing quality products thanks to the careful choice of ingredients. It has a specific machinery for packaging and labeling allowing you greater production capacity without neglecting the traditional quality of its popular products.

The Palmero Mojo is a sauce whose main ingredient peppers, after a process of extracting the water present in this vegetable (dried), later rehydrated and mixed with oil, garlic, vinegar, cumin and salt is a perfect accompaniment  for meat, fish and potatoes in all forms, without ruling out other applications that can be given in the Canarian cuisine and, why not, in international cuisine.
